Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy for all items, which begins from the day your item is received . Refund is given for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus initial shipping charges. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Items must be returned in unused, uninstalled condition. This restocking fee does NOT apply to a defective product, only to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrect/wrong item ordered. In the event of a defective product we will do everything we can to rectify the situation including product replacement and paid return shipping of the defective product to be returned. You agree to be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as promptly providing us with tracking info so that the return can be monitored for any non defective returned product. We do not provide return shipping labels unless the product is defective. If tracking information is not provided and the item is lost in transit, we bare no responsibility including financial responsibility of the cost of the item. In other words a lost item without tracking info is your loss. Please provide us with tracking info prior to shipping your item back to us. Delivery Of Your Order

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at check out. We will use the service that you elected, and should arrive within the time frame of the selected ship service keeping in mind that we have a 1-7 business days (M-F excluding weekends) hold period that must be accounted for when considering delivery speed as we utilize a “1st order in 1st order out” shipping flow. During the very busy Christmas season from Nov 25th thru Dec 31st, this can extend to up to 10 days. This hold period allows for ship delays due to periodic shipping backlogs. We make every attempt to ship your orders as soon as possible, however backlogs do occur from time to time. Most orders will usually ship the same day or within a few days. After your order has been placed you will receive automatic updates to the email address you provided. Sometimes we open “Pre-Orders” in which you will pre pay for a product before it is built or prepared to ship and receive it on a specific date in the future. When this happens, we will provide this crucial info in the body of the description of the product that is presently being offered under a “Pre-Order” offer prominently for the duration of the “Pre-Order”. Once the “Pre-Order event has ended we will remove this notice from the product’s description. Our shipping department is a 3 person team. Trust us, we want you to have your order as quickly as possible, and work very hard to ensure this. Sometimes we may rely on the 1-7 day hold period to be able to fulfill all orders.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped, you will receive a full and complete refund. If you choose to cancel your order after it has shipped, you may still do so however a 35% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost to return the item(s). Once received, your order will be inspected to ensure it has not been opened or attempted to be installed. Within 2 days of receipt of your cancelled and returned item we will promptly issue a refund minus the 35% restocking fee and original shipping cost to ship your order to you.

Terms of Service

Purchases are made with the understanding that there is a 1-5 day handling prior to shipping. Even though an item is in stock it must still be pulled, packed and detailed info added to your account. Please note that regardless of shipping method, this handling period applies. The only exclusion to this is Priority Express Overnight orders which are placed no later than 8 am for next day service. An order placed later than this will not allow for sufficient time to get your order shipped, and it will be shipped the next regular business day excluding weekends and holidays. Trust us, we get it…. and we work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible. No one likes to wait, especially us Fanatics! Thank you, the fulfillment team.
