When upgrading your 2015-2020 XL/XLT F-150 all plastic door panels to the Lariat or higher trim nicer door panels, there has always been the issue of the 4 pin power door lock/unlock connector from the XL/XLT wiring harness not being compatible with the new 8 pin door panel switch found on Lariat and higher trim driver side door panel. This PnP harness easily solves this issue, so go ahead and upgrade your hard plastic door panels to the Lariat or higher trim level door panels!
